The following is not a comprehensive list of all ASR projects or initiatives. Links to websites developed as a part of ASR projects and initiatives are provided below in order to ensure that University partners are able to make use of any resources developed as a part of an ASR project or initiative.

Coursedog projectThe Coursedog project implemented the Coursedog Curriculum & Catalog cloud-based solution to support the University’s multi-institutional model and also prepared stakeholders for the transition to a new product and associated business process changes.August 2023
DegreeCat projectIn November 2022, the DegreeCat project, a combined effort to replace University-built custom tools related to degree planning and catalog and curriculum management, was separated to focus on the Coursedog implementation.November 2022
Tuition Attribution Upgrade projectAll tuition UM Reports were retired and replaced with UM Analytics dashboards (currently available in the MyU Reporting Center > Student Services > Tuition drop-down menu). Historical tuition data will remain available in the Legacy Data Warehouse for ad-hoc reporting needs.

One Stop Website upgrade project Due to upgrades in technology, the One Stop website transitioned from the Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 content management system and adopted the University's Folwell design system.July 2022
Student Success AnalyticsThe Student Success Analytics (SSA) was initiated to positively affect and support student success throughout the University of Minnesota by understanding and utilizing data and analytics.September 2021
Transfer Articulation and Degree Audit (TADA)Over the course of almost three years, the University implemented uAchieve (the vendor name for APAS) and made improvements to related processes.March 2021
Transfer Evaluation System (TES) projectDuring the fall semester of 2017, the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities implemented the Transfer Evaluation System (TES) for establishing and tracking course equivalencies, including process changes within the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities' Office of Undergraduate Education and the colleges,  as well as improvements to the student-facing front door for the credit transfer process.January 2018
PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 UpgradeThe PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 Upgrade was an upgrade of our student systems that included both technical and functional elements.June 2017
Destiny One RegistrationDestiny One provides the University with an effective tool to manage registration for courses, conferences and other learning experiences that do not bear formal academic credit.May 2015
Astra Schedule implementation projectAstra Schedule classroom scheduling software was implemented in July 2013.July 2013
ASR-OCM scheduling process documentationThis project allowed ASR and the Office of Classroom Management (OCM) to document the scheduling processes for the creation of courses, classes, and events.Fall 2011
