The Program and Curriculum Approval System (PCAS) is the system by which degree program curriculums are proposed, reviewed, and approved for the program catalog.
PCAS is a secure system that requires Internet ID authentication to enter, edit, or approve curricular changes. All U of M faculty and staff can view PCAS entries.
- If you need to be authorized to enter or approve programs in PCAS, contact the Office of the Registrar (OTR) Training & Support team. Your supervisor's approval will be required.
- If you have completed training for PCAS and have problems logging in to the application to update or approve your programs, contact the Help Desk at 612-301-4357 (1-HELP).
Please note that because of security requirements, there is a timeout on the use of PCAS. If you have the application open for more than 30 minutes with no activity, you will be asked to sign in again.
